Our 830T Positive Thermal Plate is designed for the high quality commercial printer and delivers superb performance and value with an electrochemically grained substrate that sheds water quickly and requires less ink. The 20-micron capable 830-T Plate delivers superb image sharpness with exceptional fidelity, from highlights to shadow detail. It is capable of 1-99% resolution at 200 line / 2400 DPI / 20 micron FM screening. The 830-T Positive Thermal Plate simply provides outstanding performance! The 830-T Plate is rated for 150,000 plus impressions and can be post baked for longer run-length performance.

Our N-100 Negative Thermal Plate is designed for quality conscious printers and offers significant benefits over the competition. The N-100 Plate is a first... in that it utilizes a neutral plate chemistry (6.8-7.2 pH) an it requires no separate replenishment to maintain the pH activity of the bath. The N-100 is a tough, durable long-run plate that requires less energy to image and process. The N-100 Negative Thermal Plate provides an environmentally safe aqueous imaging solution and is rated for 250,000 plus impressions and can be post baked for longer run-length requirements.

N-200 (Negative Thermal CTP Plates)

Chemistry Products - Anocoil formulates and manufactures all of our developers, replenishers and finishers in-house to guarantee the quality and consistency of our products. Chemistry is shipped in standard 5 gallon containers, but can be special ordered in larger 30 and 55 gallon containers as needed. Our 830T positive thermal plate utilizes an alkaline based development and replenishment system. The N-100 negative thermal system offers a unique alternative to high alkaline development with an aqueous based neutral development system that eliminates the need for separate replenishment to maintain the pH activity of the bath.
